Individual coaching

In sessions, I tend to mix and reconcile various coaching approaches to fit your need. We can use strategic planning tools, visualization, neuroscience, MBTI, 360° evaluation, and self-reflective techniques to bring to light the change you seek to make.
An executive coaching program usually lasts 10 sessions, each session during 2h and occurring every 3-’ weeks. For corporate coaching, tripatite sessions (2-3) are usually conducted with the N+1 and/or HR contact to ensure proper support and alignment.
