  • Multiplied Impact Coaching - My signature

    My formula blending of coaching, mentoring and strategy. This is designed to help you quickly step up in your position, multiply your influence and boost your positive impact on your ecosystem.

    In addition to coaching, I can act as a critical friend to challenge your positioning, strategy, priorities. I share return of experience as a change and sustainability leader in a complex and multicultural organization for +10 years. Amongst other tools, there is a possibility to conduct a MBTI assessment and a 360° evaluation interview.

    An executive coaching program usually lasts 10 sessions, each session during 2h and occurring every 3-4 weeks. For corporate coaching, tripatites sessions (2-3) are usually conducted with the N+1 and/or HR contact to ensure proper support and alignment.

  • Team coaching

    Empower your community of changemakers in clarifying your mission, role, collective ways of functioning, strategy, roadmap, etc.

    Team coaching is usually composed of several sessions over the course of several months. The format and content will depend on the need and context of the client.

  • Workshops with your stakeholders

    Leverage various methods to engage your stakeholders: MBTI, co-development, world café, the human factor fresk to foster co-responsibility and unlock obstacles, brainstormings & creativity sessions to build innovative business pilots with business units, operations and business developers, etc.

    Depending on the nature of the mission and approach, a workshop lasts 1 day or 1/2 day.

  • Strategic advisory as a board member

    As a certified board member, coach and change & sustainability expert, I can participate as a ‘critical friend’ to support and challenge your strategy and its execution.

    As a change & purpose expert, I give conferences, share returns of experience on new forms of leadership and ways to engage employees around a higher purpose.
